The Events Planner automatically lists all published events from all your occurrences of AOD, POD, EVM, and MEC. (This is to help you plan so NOT for public sharing.)
Main features:
Scroll back to see past events, and scroll forwards to see planned events.
Click any event to see that event's live performance stats - bookings, attendance, outcome, and links to your feeder schools.
Make a quick edit to any event - why not freshen up your event promo text for future events? (see the 'View Event' in the more options menu).
The 3 mini cards
Click the 3 dots to select:
Performance - registrations, attendance, and if the attendees have been confirmed yet.
Event Activity Reporting - your team and the user assigned, and any CTM organisation these students got automatically associated with (TIP: after the students have booked it is too late to create an association, so remember to do it before).
Event Outcome - looking back at this event, the outcome describing how well it went.
FAQs
Q. Can I change which events appear in the Planner?
A. No. It automatically displays all published events, past and future for your AOD, POD, EVM, and MEC events.
Q. So all users see this?
A. Yes. The Events Planner is a 'one-size-fits-all' feature.
Q. Why do some users not see the 'View event" menu on some event cards?
A. Only users with permission can view or edit each event.
Q. Are all my past events shown?
A. Yes, use the arrows to move back into previous years and months and you will see them all.
Q. What are the 3 mini cards in each event for?
A. They display Performance, Event Activity Reporting, and the Event Outcome.
Q. What is the bit.ly link do?
A. Use this bit.ly link when promoting your events via your social media. Note: AOD and POD have one bit.ly link per occurrence, EVM has one bit.ly link per event (unless you have grouped events together) and MEC forms run on your iPad or Android tablets at events so there is no public booking form to publicise.
Q. Can I change the colours?
A. No. These are system-generated - if you want to choose colours in your public events calendar embedded on your university website, have you tried building your own personal calendar using the CAL app?
