This app is used by recruitment officers who manage student events.
The Calendar app allows you to display events from different event apps all in one central calendar - embedded on any page on your university website. Public Calendars are to be embedded this onto your university website so students can click to book onto any event. Private Calendars are what you subscribe to from your own email (Outlook, Gmail, etc) and manage any event from one central location.
The Calendar app combines all your open days and events into one central calendar across Applicant Open Days, Pre-Applicant Open Days, Event Manager, Mobile Event Capture and Contact Manager making it simpler for you to manage your activities.
How to access Calendar
Check with your User Admin to see if your university has got a subscription to this app:
If you have a subscription to this app, just ask your User Admin to add you as a user.
