A set of useful tools that help you import, investigate, connect, de-duplicate and delete data.

You can even check your connection speed! More tools are always being added.

Data Importer: Import CSV data files into Student CRM

Field Finder: Understand where your data is stored

Connections: Manage your connections to other systems

Speed Test: Check how fast your internet connection is

Duplicates: View your duplicate runs

Deletions: Delete data using segments

With the Data Importer tool, you can upload a variety of data from many different sources into Student CRM. From student interest collected at an event to professional newsletter sign ups collected at a conference, all this is added to Student CRM with a few simple clicks. By matching the columns in your CSV files to the fields in Student CRM, you can update thousands of students in your CRM in only a few clicks.

Field Finder has an array of uses. This tool can help you understand how Student CRM is structured and assist in importing into other parts of the system.

Using the Connections tool, you can automatically bring in leads generated from other parts of your website, such as from a chat widget. All you need is an API token and a destination, and the data is instantly sent into student CRM for you.

With Duplicates, any merged student records are logged and you can view the status of the merge.

And in Deletions you can schedule data deletions to make sure your database is tidy and GDPR compliant.
