When moving from one academic year to the next, there are a few things you need to think about updating.
Forms
Some of your forms, such as Prospectus Request, may be dynamic. This means that once the defined date (usually 1st September) ticks over, the previous year is removed and the next year added:
Other forms will have to be manually amended. To do this, contact the Customer Service team.
Occurrences
We automatically give you a new occurrence of Applicant Open Days.
Invite Lists
These will need to be cloned over from your previous years Applicant Open Day occurrence to the new year's occurrence. To do this, please provide a list to the Customer Service team.
