The Issues tab in Applicant Open Days will list Capacity Issues and Flagged Invites

Capacity Issues

When your Day or Event activities are reaching full capacity (10% of capacity left) they will be listed here.

Why is this useful?
You can see where capacity is running low and add more spaces or make arrangements for another session if you still have a lot of potential bookings still to be made.

Flagged Invites

When a booking has been made but the student is currently “Bookable=No” it will appear in a listing here.

Why is this useful?
If you have capacity issues, then cancelling bookings for invitees who no longer meet your invite criteria will create extra spaces.  These applicants will have potentially withdrawn or declined their offer since making their booking.
