How to tell if your POD event is running out of space

The Capacity Issues tab is used to display how many spaces are left on a time slot for a particular activity on an Open Day date, eg "interviews at 11am", or on a Faculty Event, eg "School of Music faculty event".

This lets you know if you need to open extra time slots or advise students who may be interested that the space is filling up fast (the booking form automatically alerts students where an event is running out of space).

Checking your capacity

When a Time Slot for an Activity or Faculty Event has less than 10% capacity remaining it will appear listed in the Capacity Issues tab.

Faculty Event capacity is listed on it's own line above the Activities for that faculty.

If you have no capacity issues you will see a 'good news' message!

FAQs

Q. I have 0 spaces left and want to increase the capacity. How can I do that?

A. If you have Super User permissions, you can click the edit pencil to jump to the event in question and then review your day and faculty activities.
