Have you created a brilliant form, that could be the basis of many forms to come? Then use clone to re-use it with minor tweaks. Or maybe you're worried about editing a live form? No problem, clone it and test your idea before making it live.

Please note: If you have Archived a webform, then cloning to a new form is the only way to "unarchive" it.

There are two ways to clone a web form.

From the Form Listing

Use the duplicate icon from the list of web forms. Any web form can be cloned, including those still draft or archived.

From the Templates Listing

Use a Template by clicking "Use this Template". You can find out more about Templates here.

FAQs

Q. Is there anything I should be aware of when cloning a form?

A. If you're planning on using the form for a different purpose than the original (ie cloning a template for a new purpose), you'll need to change the form's title in the settings.
