  • CRM ID - This is the unique ID the student has within the CRM.

  • MIS Code ID - This is the unique ID the student has within an establishment's system and usually corresponds to an external Student Record System. It can be given any label required. In this instance it's labelled as "EBS ID".

  • UCAS Personal ID - This is the ID the student is assigned if they have applied via UCAS

  • ULN - This is the student's Unique Learner Number, and is used to track the student's lifelong education and training.

  • UUID Long/ Short - These are a way to identify a student that obscures any other, more identifying, ID numbers.

  • Residency Status - Where the student is living prior to their studies: Home, Channel Islands, EU, Overseas, or Unknown. Learn more about Residency status.
