Want to roll your own custom rule?
If you don't see an engagement score rule (here) that fits your specific needs, you can always create your own in the Automations Manager (AMM) app.
How does this work?
Let's first understand the differences between standard Engagement Score Rules that come built-in to the Student Database (SDB) app and custom Engagement Score Rules:
1) A standard Engagement Score Rule
If you look at the standard Engagement Score Rules that come built-in to the Student Database (SDB) app, these run each time the student's record is updated, for example, this rule adjusts the student's current Engagement Score by "+2" points every time any student complete a PRQ web form to create a Prospectus Request in the PRQ app:
2) A custom Engagement Score Rule
The following example can be built in the Automations Manager (AMM) app.
This automation adjusts the student's current Engagement Score by "+25" points every time any student submits an Enquiry (in one particular occurrence of ENQ), as long as Priority is Yes, Country is USA and their enquiry message contains the word 'postgraduate':

Q. How can I halt one from running?
A. Simply set that Automation to 'draft'.
Q. Can I see my custom Engagement Score Rule automations in SDB's Engagement Score Rules tab?
A. No. They are only available to see and edit in the Automations Manager (AMM) app.
Q. Why can't I see the Automations Manager (AMM) app when I log into Student CRM?
A. Your User Admins need to grant you access to the app, or your university needs to subscribe to the app.
