With ‘Saved Searches’ you can save and re-use your own favourites, one after the other, in a few seconds, without having to build the same multi-part filters over and over again each day.

We all perform routine tasks in Student CRM - daily, weekly, or monthly, and Saves Searches makes that much quicker now. Here are some examples:

How to use it
Click the Filters icon at the end of any filters to see the new 'Saved Searches' option:
Now you can:
choose from a list of previously run multi-part filters, each one saved with a useful name, such as ‘New applications for Business courses in this week’
save the existing filters a new Saved Search
rename old saved searches
delete old saved searches

Q. How many Saved Searches can I create?
A. 1,000 in each filter set.
Q. Can I see my Enquiries Saved Searches in a different app, say Student Database?
A. No. Reason: each app has different filters available.
Q. How do I sort my Saved Searches in the list?
A. Edit the name, it displays them A-Z.
Q. Where can I use Saved Searches?
A. In all apps in Student CRM.
Q. Are my Saved Searches private?
A. Yes. One user can't see any other user's Saved Searches.
