In the below example, we want the Events Team to know that a student who's booked onto Event ID 1234 has a special requirement, so we'll send them an email to alert them.
We also want to be able to segment on these students later, so we can send them information about Branksome Uni's disability services, so we'll also add a generic tag to their record.
