Once you have set up and Published your Events you can check how they will look for students on various courses using the 'Programme Preview' tool.

Click on the Programme tab within Settings and select the Day, Event and Course options that you'd like to preview.

You can then preview the programme. If you place your mouse on each of the texts, it will show you where that text comes from within your Event setup.

Don't forget that you can also insert any of the information from a student's programme into your communications by using the Programme Merge Fields, which can be found at the bottom of this article!
