Your open day bookings can be closed on the date and time that suits your event. This means you can take bookings right up to the last minute, just before your event starts.

Click on the Setup tab and then the Edit icon for the Open Day date you wish to edit and change the Last Booking Date and Time.

Bookings can be taken on the public booking form until this date/time.
