To add your Open Day Date:

  1. On the Dates tab, click the Plus icon

  2. Fill in the required information. See below for a description of each piece of information

  3. Click the Save button.

Your Open Day Date will now be saved as a draft.

The information required when setting up an Open Day Date is:

Open Day Date - The date of your Open Day.

Name - The name of your event.

Last Booking Date and Time - The last date & time you wish to take bookings. This can be as close to five minutes before the start of your event.

Promo Text - This is the promotional text that shows on the calendar (if you're using it):

Day Capacity (P) - The maximum number of people able to book onto the Open Day Date, e.g. “1000”. The ‘(P)’ denotes party size, meaning this capacity is the total number of students and guests.
Registration Target - The target number of students to register to attend this Open Day, e.g. “900”. This number is only used for reporting purposes and does not affect the capacity.
Close Bookings - This allows you to close bookings on this Open Day for students on
specific courses. Enter the UCAS Course Codes of the courses you wish to close
separated by commas (i.e. N100,N200,N300).
Programme Text - This is text that appears on the student’s personalised programme at the end of the booking process, e.g. “Thank you for booking onto our Open Day...”.
Header Text - The header text appears at the top of the programme.
Footer Text - The footer text appears at the bottom of the programme.
