If you are interested in communicating with Attendees or Registrants (Booked) at a particular Open Day date, you can use Search or Grab to find those students. You can use this for those who are marked as 'Not Attended' or 'Invited' as well. For Invited, you will need to go to 'Grab' for All Days, rather than a specific date as per below.
1. First, you need to View the Open Day that you're interested in. You can find it by filtering your open day list to include Past Dates, then clicking on the Magnifying Glass icon.
2. Then go to the Grab tab and select the Status of the students you're interested in. You can then specify the Faculty, Course Group and Course for those students.
3. If there are any students who match, you'll see a message and you can proceed to set up your Grab.
4. Follow the rest of the steps to set up an ad-hoc Email, Letter, Label, SMS or Download or Send to App. Not sure how? Check out Building your Ad-Hoc.
