You can view any bookings your Applicants have made on your applicant open days directly within the Applicant Day Programme tab.

Just click the tab on any Application and see if they have a booking, and what their programme is:

Click on Jump to Booking  if you want to jump out of Applications, into Applicant Open Days and view the students bookings.
