The booking form for Applicant Open Days is built using the content that you set up in the Applicant Open Days app. The student simply enters their UCAS ID and date of birth to log in. Then they select an applicant day, their party size and finally any activities they want to attend.

This is what the form will look like once you have set up your Open Day:

1. The home screen, where the student enters their UCAS Personal ID and Date of Birth to make a booking.

2. The student selects an applicant day and their party size. They will only see days which have events for the course they have applied for:

3. The student selects the time and type of activities they would like to do:

4. The booking is made, and they can view their personalised programme, which they can print and bring along so the QR Code can be scanned. The bottom section can be torn off and retained by event officers. This QR Code can also be emailed to the student, so it can be scanned by event officers from a smartphone.

5. The student can return to their booking later by returning to the booking page and entering their details. They jump immediately to the Programme (see step 5) where they can click Edit or Cancel My Booking.
