The Applications app is used for managing the educational application process in an efficient way.

Applications are created and a CRM User can then make an offer to the student, setting conditions that the student must meet in order to meet the course requirements. The CRM then automatically creates an Offer Letter which is emailed to the student.

As the student submits supporting evidence conditions can be marked as satisfied. Once all conditions have been satisfied, the application is manually verified.

For international departments, the application is then paused while a CAS number is applied for. Once the CAS number has been submitted, the CRM automatically creates a CAS Letter and emails it to the student.

During the whole application process there are workflows at each stage that automatically keep students informed and reminded about the state of their application and any actions they need to complete.
