Keeping important documents with the person they refer to

If you have documents such as CVs, certifications or contracts that you need to attach to a person, you can do so within a Person's record card.

Upload a new document by clicking on the Upload New Document button and selecting from your computer. You can files with the following types: ppt, pptx, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, gif, jpg, jpeg, png, pdf, csv.

You can set a document as Private - this means only the person who uploaded it will be able to download it.

You can also set an Expiry date - once the date has past you will see a warning on the document. This might be useful for certificates or contracts which have and end date.

Each document should be added to a Document Category which makes it easy to search for in Segments.

Existing documents can be downloaded just by clicking on Download icon.
