Adding documents to your articles allows everyone who reads it the ability to download the document. This could be used to provide extra resources for students, such as campus maps, or allow colleagues to access more complex information such as policy documents.

Note that while the tab is called 'Documents', you can upload any of the following file types, with a maximum size of 50MB: pdf, csv, xls, doc, ppt, xlsx, docx, pptx, jpg, jpeg, png, gif

Adding the Document to an article

Find the article you wish to add the document to, and click the Edit pencil.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see the Documents tab. Click the Plus icon to add a new document.

Click 'Choose file' to find the document you which to upload, then add any pertinent notes about the document, for example, what it shows or is about. Click 'Save' and you're all done!

Once the Document is uploaded...

If required, you can edit the document and change the notes or delete it if it's out of date.

You can also download the document from this view to check it's contents.
