The Enquiries app works with the Rapid Response, Student Database and Knowledgebase apps to become a powerful tool to your enquiries team.
The Rapid Response app performs three roles:
Trigger automated communications such as a confirmation email.
Collect more data fields with Rapid Response (Enquiries app just stores Name, Email and Enquiry)
Segment and Grab the Rapid Response data at a later date.
The Knowledgebase app can be used with Enquiries to populate your response to an enquiry. The articles can be managed by Knowledgebase Super Users if you want to limit content creation, or give your enquiries team the ability to create articles from their enquiry responses. The diagram below shows you an example of the three apps working together so that you can efficiently respond to your student enquirers.
The Student Database app can show you what enquiries a student has made, and enables you to make an enquiry from a student's record card (using the Plus icon).
