We've made some important changes to the way we handle editing existing bookings, to make it much easier for your students to change their programme.
โ€‹

  • Edited bookings will retain the same reference number

  • When editing the booking, the currently selected activities are shown on the booking form

  • Even if an activity timeslot is now full to capacity, any students with an existing booking will keep their booking, even when they make a change to their programme.

Hint!

If you need a student to edit their booking, but don't want to send them to the standard booking form, you can append "/#tabs-2" to the booking form URL. This will take them straight to the "I have a booking" login page below. For example, NFU's URL would become: "https://crm.student-crm.com/podC294/index/#tabs-2".

Login and Edit

A student may want to edit their open day booking to change their personal programme for the day. They can go to their personal programme via the email link they will receive, and login with their email address and booking reference.

Once they have logged in they can view their current event programme and choose 'Edit' if they wish to change it.:

Change course selection

The student can choose to change their course selections if they wish:

Change date selection

Or they can choose a different day, if there's one available. The system will warn them if they are trying to book a day which doesn't have activities for one of the chosen courses:

Change activities

On the Choose Activities page, the student's previous selections will be visible, so they can choose to make a change if they wish - or leave their sessions as they currently are.

Save changes

Once they've made any changes and clicked 'Next', the new programme will be saved, under the existing booking reference number:
