After making a booking for an open day, the student will see their personal programme on screen. This programme is a webpage that they can access again by visiting the booking from and entering their UCAS ID and Date of Birth.

You can include the link to the booking form and merge in their UCAS ID into their booking confirmation email touchpoint.

If you make any changes to the day after a booking, these changes will be updated automatically on the student's personal programme, keeping it up to date.
