To used saved replies in an Enquiries response, simply follow these steps:
Click the document icon in the tool bar,ย
Search for the answer you want,ย
Check the boxes to add as many saved replies as you need.
We recommend you set up a category in Knowledgebase called "Signatures". Each Enquires officer can then add an article, visible only to themselves, with their signature (as illustrated in the GIF). For more information about setting up a signature, see this article.
