We provide 3 levels of support - Basic, Standard and Premium.

Who is the Premium Support Package for? Our Premium Support Package is the highest level of support you can get. Premium Support is for those who want Student CRM to feel as if they are part of the team. Send a message, pick up the phone or jump on a screen share, the Support team will be waiting.

Support

About: Student CRM's Premium Support provides you with a dedicated support team who will guide you around the system and show you directly to features where you can get the most value. Your dedicated support team will happily jump into your Student CRM and help you out with a few tweaks or a whole open day setup (extra costs may apply)*. Want to talk through a crazy idea you have and sense check it? Give your team a call. Using our online system, you can create support requests 24:7 that our UK support team responds to as follows:

  • Support requests responded to within 2 business hours.

  • Support requests resolved within 2 business days.

Training

About: Student CRM's Premium Training supplies you with video tours, helpful tips, and help articles, allowing you to to learn Student CRM at your own pace. It also comes with a remote training allowance every month.

  • In-app on-boarding

  • Self-paced learning

  • 2 hours of remote training per month

Account Management

About: Your Student CRM Account Manager is available for the duration of your subscription and will be available for regular account management meetings. You will be the first to look at any new features. Your Account Manager provides you with your Annual Service Report every 6 months, and the following account management services during business hours:

  • Finances: sending you quotations for extra credit packs, or new subscriptions

  • Subscription: monitoring your use of each app.

  • Upgrades: making you aware of new free and paid for features and services

  • Satisfaction: measuring your satisfaction with what you are getting.

  • Regular account management meetings.

  • First-look at new features.

Other Services

About: Also included with your Premium Support Package:

  • 2 custom-built forms per year (if required)
