All the things to think about when starting your RAP set-up

Rapid Response is an app for doing generic data collection. It's main function is to receive the data gathered through web forms, or via imported data. You can then set up a variety of ways for dealing with that data such as scheduled data deliveries, Ad-hoc grabs and automated touchpoints.

The main thing to consider is what data you want to collect, and how you want to treat it afterwards. For example, you could have a form created for your Accommodation department with a hidden enquiry source of "Accommodation" that gathers all the data of people who want more information on halls of residence. You can then use those students' data to send them automated touchpoints or perhaps a print brochure about the different halls your establishment operates.
