Prospectus Requests (PRQ) is quite a simple app when it comes to implementation. There are a few things to consider when thinking about your set-up, but not as many as more complex apps such as Applicant Open Days, for instance. 

Firstly you need to consider what prospectuses and what delivery methods you offer. The PRQ form can display multiple different prospectuses based on year of entry, faculty or level of study. You can also offer printed or downloadable prospectuses.

If you offer printed prospectuses, then you may want to set up a Scheduled Data Delivery that provides student addresses to your distribution house, while downloadable prospectuses will need to be delivered by touchpoints.
