In Passive Applications, the Activity tab shows you each API transaction, plus any other activity within the Applications app. This includes Touchpoints or Campaigns sent to the applicant, changes of Status and updates to the Year of Entry or Course.

You can view any email or SMS messages sent to the applicant by clicking the magnifying glass.

You can see further details about the Application on the Applications tab, and any Applicant Open Day bookings on the Open Days Bookings tab.

A. All status changes are prefixed with "Status Change:" and will state from status A to status B.

For example: "Status Change: Conditional Firm (CF) to Unconditional Firm (UF)"
