Use these simple design features to create great-looking, must-book events in your Public Events Calendars.

  1. Filter - the student can select any month up to a year ahead to view those events.

  2. Search - the student can search for events by name and in the promo text.

  3. Date Box (automatically displays from the event) the colour is editable in the Calendar app.

  4. Event Name (automatically displays from the event) this is editable in the event app.

  5. From and to times, unless the event is all day (automatically displays from the event) this is editable in the event app.

  6. Promo text (automatically displays from the event) this is editable in the event app

  7. 'Book event' button opens the booking form. This text is NOT editable, but the colour is editable in the Calendar app.

  8. Event ID - ie: “EVM10226” tells you which event this is (automatically displays from the event). This text is NOT editable.
