Usually when a course is listed as "Course Unknown" it means that the course details sent by the API don't match what's listed in the Courses and Subjects app.

It's important to clear up this issue, as it can cause Applicants to not receive the correct comms or stop them booking an Applicant Open Day event.

Fixing an Application with "Course Unknown"

Fixing the Application depends on what the issue is.

If the Course in the Courses and Subjects app is missing either MIS or UCAS course codes or MIS Campus ID, then these will need to be added and the application re-sent to the CRM

If the Application has been sent in without either MIS or UCAS course codes, then this will need to be fixed in your SRS before the Application is re-sent into the CRM.

If there is a mismatch between the course codes on the Application and the course codes held in the CRM, you'll need to check which version is correct and made the necessary adjustments before re-sending the application.
