The "More info" tab is where you can see some extra information about the Application and the Applicant who has made it.

Memo

This field is used for adding notes about the application. For example, you could use it to record:

  • If a Postgrad Applicant is a member of a professional organisation, such as ACCA

  • If the student is waiting for documents to progress their their application, such as a VISA

  • An internal comment, for example, the Applicant has booked but not yet attended an Interview.

Memo log is used to add more detailed comments about the memo type, for example the member number if the Applicant is part of a professional organisation.

The Memo types can be set by a Super User in Settings: Dropdowns tab.

Course

This displays the student's chosen course, the academic year they'll be attending, and the intake month and year. This can be used to check if the Applicant is applying for a course which starts in another month and year. For example, the academic year may be 2023/2024, but the student is starting their course in January 2024.

From here you can amend the student's course if needed, and decide what to do with their current offer and application:

Applicant

This shows the applicant's details, including their current residency status.

Fees

This displays the deposit and full course amount that an Applicant has to pay for their course.

Fees for non-UK applicants are usually pulled in via the Courses and Subjects app, however, you can manually edit them from this point if required.

Additional Information

Entry point

Entry point is used to set the year a student will begin their course, if different to the 1st year. This could be used if the student is a mature or returning learner.

MIS Campus

This is the campus that a student will be studying at, if different from the main campus.

Sensitive Information

This is where you can add details of an Applicant's disability, their special learning needs, or any convictions.

Only Super Users can edit this information.
