How to use Campuses to create additional course filtering

Campuses are a way of grouping related courses and assigning them to a building specifically tailored for the study of those courses, or to an area of your establishment which is closest to them.

Campuses can be used on forms, applications and in imports to ensure that students select the correct course. The Campus ID or shortcode can be used as conditions on touchpoints, or segmented upon to direct comms to those students.

For example, New Forest University has a separate campus in Sopley Mill for Zoology studies.

The Courses officer creates the campus:

They can then use the courses importer tool to add all courses in the Zoology Faculty to the new campus, or add them one by one:

Q. I want to remove a campus but I can't see the delete button?

A. This means there are still courses associated with the Campus. Once these have been removed, then the delete button will show up.
