A Course Group is a grouping of courses under a single name.
To add a new Course Group:
Go to Setup
Click the Course Groups tab
Click the Add Course Group button
Fill in the required information. See below for a description of each piece of information
Select the courses to include in the Course Group
Click the Save button.
If you need to change the group title, don't worry: this won't have any effect on the bookings form.

Your Course Group will now be saved. You will need to repeat these steps to create more Course Groups. Every course must be in a Course Group, and a course can only be in one Course Group. A Course Group can have a single course in it or hundreds.
The information required when setting up a Course Group is:
Group Name
The name of your Course Group, e.g. “Nursing”.
Group Short Code
A code approximately 3 - 5 characters in length used to identify your Course Group, e.g. “NURS”.
Event Type
Specify whether students attending your open day in this Course Group will be required to attend an interview or not.
Max Dates Offered
Specify the number of future open day dates offered on the booking form to students booking for this Course Group, e.g. “6”.
Max Party Size
Specify the maximum party size allowed for a single booking within this Course Group. Party Size includes the student and all guests, e.g. “5”.
Booking Form Text
This is text that will appear on the first page of the public booking form to students booking in this Course Group, e.g. “This Open Day is for you to present your portfolio of work...”.
Programme Text - This is text that will appear on the student’s personalised program at the end of the booking process. This text is only displayed for students who have booked for this Course Group, e.g. “You will need to bring your portfolio...”.
