Event Manager gives you the option of adding descriptive texts to your event booking form which can also be merged into your Touchpoints.
To set up your Event Texts:
In the Setup tab, Click the View magnifying glass next to the Event you wish to add Texts
Select the type of text you wish to edit
Add your text
Click Save
Event Sessions: This is a text based timetable which you can optionally insert into the Event Programme. Add each session one at a time.
Please note: Sessions do not function as selectable slots, as in AOD or POD.
Booking Form Intro: An introduction to your event which shows on the Booking Form
Confirmation Page Text: The thank you message which shows when a student has booked this Event.
Event Touchpoint: An optional piece of text which can be inserted into a touchpoint as a merge field using the tag [xxxEvent.event_touchpoint_textxxx]
Joining Instructions: Another optional piece of text which can be inserted as a merge field using the tag [xxxEvent.joining_instructions_textxxx]
Agenda: Another optional piece of text which can be inserted as a merge field using the tag [xxxEvent.agenda_textxxx]
Risk Assessment: A fourth piece of text which can be inserted as a merge field using the tag [xxxEvent.risk_assessment_textxxx]
