If an App is not displayed on the CRM home screen, it means that you do not have sufficient user access privileges to use the app.
You or your line manager will need to contact your establishment's User Admins to discuss access privileges.
You can find who your User Admins are by going to your profile (via the jump menu or by pressing "M"), and clicking the "permissions" tab. The User Admins' details are on the top right hand side.
