How to cancel an Applicant's booking on their behalf

There are two ways of cancelling an existing Applicant Open Day booking. If you DO know their UCAS ID and if you DON'T know their UCAS ID.


 If you DO know their UCAS ID:

  1. Click the Applicant Open Days app icon from the home page

  2. Click the Bookings tab

  3. Enter the UCAS ID into the UCAS ID textbox and click the Search button

  4. You will be presented with the student's timetable

  5. Click the Cancel Booking button

  6. Click Confirm in the alert box if you are sure you want to cancel the booking.

The booking will now be cancelled.

 If you DON'T know their UCAS ID:

  1. Click the Applicant Open Days app icon from the home page

  2. Click the Search tab

  3. Enter the student's email address, last name, postcode and date of birth into the relevant boxes

  4. Click the Search button

  5. Click the Magnifying Icon on the correct student

  6. Click the Magnifying Icon on the Booking that needs to be cancelled

  7. You will be presented with the student's timetable

  8. Click the Cancel Booking button

  9. Click Confirm in the alert box if you are sure you want to cancel the booking.

The booking will now be cancelled.
