There are several ways to see who has booked on to a particular Event or activity, depending on how you want to view the data.

Step 1. First select the date from the Applicant Days screen and click on the View icon.

From the Applicant Day Overview tab, you can see bookings for either the Faculty or Course Groups available on that day. To download the bookings, click on the download icon next to each Faculty or Course Group listing.

Step 2. If you want to look at a specific activity for that day, click into 'View bookings' for a particular Course Group.

You will then see all the bookings for that Course Group. If you want to drill down further you can view bookings for each activity, and even each Interview time slot.
