When closing an enquiry you can send out an email asking the enquirer for feedback.
This sends out the 'How did we do? email (auto content in your template):
Your enquirer simply clicks to a web page where they choose one of the three rating icons. They can add a note too, but they don't have to.
Their feedback rating and note appears in the same (closed) enquiry so you can:
feel a sense of pride in a job well done
address any issue they may have raised about what they thought (this opens the enquiry again so you can improve your score with a better resolution)
see your overall personal or team CSAT Customer Satisfaction Score

Turn on Feedback in Settings and decide whether you want to collect feedback by default.
If you want to send out a feedback email when closing simply check this box when closing:
