If you need to perform bulk actions, such as assigning a series of enquiries to a particular user or marking them as spam, this is the tool to use.
Inside the Enquiries app, click on the triple dots to bring up the menu, then click on "Bulk update".
From this screen, you can select the correct enquiries, then choose the action associated with them.
Want to select all, or clear your selection? Click the "All/ None" option above the checkboxes.

Assign Owner
Here you can change which team member will be dealing with an enquiry:
Close Enquiries
Close enquiries en mass with the reasons described in your setup. You can also send a request for a CSAT score.
Delete Enquiries
Delete spam or duplicate enquiries.
Reply to Enquiries
Got a series of enquiries about the same thing, such as part of your website being down or a cancelled event? Use the Bulk reply to send each enquirer the same message.
Assign Category
Change which category a series of enquiries belongs to, or move them to a different occurrence.
