This app integrates with the Courses & Subjects app.
When you add a new course you can assign it to a faculty and (optionally) a department within that faculty.
When using the Grab app, Faculties come in rather handy again.
For example: you could select all 'School of Business' students and invite them all to the opening of your new building.
Faculties and departments keep your university recruitment activities organised properly. For some apps (Pre-applicant Open Days and Applicant Open Days) this is a required app.
This allows you to report on your recruitment activities by Faculty, Dept, Subject and Course.
How to access Faculties
Check with your User Admin to see if your university has got a subscription to this app:
If you have a subscription to this app, just ask your User Admin to add you as a user.
