How to make articles available as Saved Replies

You can use Knowledgebase articles to quickly send contacts, applicants, or enquirers routine answers to commonly asked questions, or to save yourself having to type out a signature for each response.

To make the articles from any of your Knowledgebase occurrences available as Saved Replies in other apps you will need to turn on sharing in the KLB's Setup: Share Articles tab first:

You can then check the Setup: Saved Replies tab in each occurrence of Applications (Active), Contacts, or Enquiries apps and select which knowledgebases you'd like to make available to your officers:
