You can use Knowledgebase articles to quickly send contacts, applicants, or enquirers routine answers to commonly asked questions, or to save yourself having to type out a signature for each response. They can also be used to direct Applicants towards a set of Frequently Asked Questions.
To make the articles from any of your Knowledgebase occurrences available in other apps you will need to turn on sharing in KLB's Setup: Share Articles tab first:
You can then check the Setup: Saved Replies tab in each occurrence of Applications (Active), Contacts, or Enquiries apps and select which knowledgebases you'd like to make available to your officers:
