Make tweaks to ensure your knowledgebase feels like an extension of your website

The options available on the Settings: Styling tab can help you ensure that students and colleagues alike feel as if your knowledgebase is just another extension of your website.

Title & Intro Text

This section allows you to add a title and some text which explains a bit more about the knowledgebase.

In this example, we're offering FAQs to Applicants on the Applications portal:

Footer

This adds a link to the bottom of the knowledgebase pages. In this example, we've linked it to an Enquiries contact form.

Visibility

This sets if your knowledgebase will be public or private. Please see this article for further information about this setting.

Share This

This sets the ID of your Share buttons, letting colleagues share articles with students, teachers, or each other. See this article for more detail on how to set these buttons up.

Theme

This covers how your knowledgebase looks. You can choose from one of the pre-built themes, or put in your own custom CSS to match how your website looks for seamless integration.

Menu

This setting shows & hides a knowledgebase from the grey jump menu. As you can see below, we've hidden the "Applicant Portal Help Articles" knowledgebase from the menu:
