There are two paths to making a Knowledgebase occurrence available within Enquiries.

From within the Knowledgebase app

Ensure you're in the correct Knowledgebase occurrence. Click the Settings cog, followed by the Content tab. 

From within the Enquiries app

Click the Settings cog, followed by the Saved Replies tab. Click on the the Knowledgebase occurrence you'd like to change the settings for. You'll be taken to the settings for that Knowledgebase occurrence.

Once you're in Knowledgebase Settings

Near the bottom of the page is the Show articles in ENQ option. Select either 'Yes' or 'No' to determine if you'd like articles in this Knowledgebase to be added to enquiry responses.
