To make the articles from any of your Knowledgebase occurrences available as Saved Replies in other apps:

  • Contact Manager - for 1-2-1 officer emails to your contacts

  • Enquiries - for 1-2-1 officer replies to enquirers

... you will need to turn on sharing in the KLB's Setup:Content tab first:

You will then see the shared knowledgebases, and can select them in Contact Manager's Setup:Saved Replies tab:
