It's very easy to add a new qualification to your list.

When editing the course, select the "Other" option, found at the bottom of the Qualifications dropdown list.

This brings up a text box where you can add your new qualification.

Once the qualification is added, you can start using it for other courses immediately. However, Segments may take up to an hour to update the qualifications list.
