Inside Mobile Event Capture, click on the Plus icon to add your event.
Fill out the details of your event:
Name: The name of the event
Location: Where the event is taking place
Start date: When the event is
Duration: How long the event is, in days
Year of Entry: The target Year of Entry for this event
Capture Form: Which form, created in Webform Builder, you want to use on this event
Promo Text: If you're using a public Calendar to advertise you'll be at an event, this is where you can put more details about where Students can find you, for example "Booth 12".
Event Activity reporting: Lets you select the type of event you're attended, the user being sent to the event, and the team which is responsible for the establishment's attendance.
Associate this event's students: Allows you to define a relationship between the student and the event organiser for better reporting later.
After the event is over, you can come back and add your Event outcome, which aid in reporting who well you did with this event.
