Your pinned segments appear as cards above the listing in Segments for students, applicants, and contacts.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ’» This is ideal for users who see hundreds of segments in the listing, but only need to work on a handful at any one time. Pinning just those few is a time-saving shortcut.

Easy: Select any segment from your list and pin it to appear above.

Once pinned, your favourite segments are right there, without you needing to search or scroll. You can easily re-run them, view results (and start your campaign) and edit the segments - all from the top of your Segments page.

Q. Where is this available?

A. In Student Database > Segments, Applications > Segments, and Contact Manager > Segments.

Q. Can anybody else see which segments I have pinned?

A. No. And you can't see anybody else's either.

Q. How many segments can I pin?

A. As many as you like.

Q. How do I pin/unpin?

A. Click the 3 dots 'more options' menu and select from the dropdown.

Q. Can I pin a segment that is owned by another user?

A. Yes. Remember that when you are viewing it, you won't be able to edit the filters.
