You can now Segment by Applications in Student Database. This gives you the flexibility to search for Applicant information in the central student database.

You can filter by:

Applications - Course Title

Applications - Date created

Applications - Intake Month/Year

Applications - Level of Study

Applications - Qty submitted

So why would I use this instead of a segment in Applications?  Well, here you can look for Students who have applications across several occurrences of Applications and more importantly, you can search for Students who haven't applied so you can include them in conversion activity.

A note on Intake Months: Intake months will always correspond to their calendar number, eg February is 2, September is 9, etc.
