When you have someone on the phone or they've emailed you with a request to edit, cancel, or manage their booking due to an event change, it’s straightforward to handle.
Search for the booking on the Bookings tab
View the bookings for the specific person.
Locate the booking you need to edit or cancel.
If the event is cancelled or moved, update the booking details accordingly.
To cancel a booking, simply click the "Cancel" button.
And that's it! Managing bookings, even in the case of event changes, is just that simple.
Officers can edit or cancel bookings up to midnight on the day of the Event. This is so that you can cancel evening events on the day of an Event.
