View Application page showing student profile details alongside application details, current status, course information, and progression timeline.

From the Applications Listing or Status Listing pages you can access an Application using the Magnifying Glass icon.

This page shows you details of the Student and their Application, and the progress of their application. You can also use the tabs below the Application Cards to help progress the Application.

Student Details

This card shows you the details of the Student, such as name, address, identification codes, and tags. Additionally, you can see how many other Applications, enquiries, or Bookings they've made, and see their engagement score.

Use the Triple Dot menu to jump directly to the Student's profile in Student Database or make any edits to the student's details.

Application Details

Here you can see the details of the Application, such as Course, Year of Entry, date applied, Status and Application identification codes.

Additionally you can link an Agent to the application to enable the Agent to follow the Application.

Lower down, you'll see what workflow the Application has joined (which can be helpful to check if you think the Applicant has received an incorrect Touchpoint), the form which the Applicant filled out, and the consent details.

Application Progress Line

Under the cards is the Progress line, showing how far along the application is. As the Application progresses, the dots will turn orange to show that stage is pending (such as while confirming conditions) or green to show it's completed.
